What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Smelter Services Superintendent and working in a cross-functional environment within Smelter Services, you will be:

  • Integrate and validate information from SAP, contractor management systems, Track, financial systems and other operational data sources.
  • Automate recurring reporting and strengthen data quality, consistency, governance and documentation standards.
  • Prepare clear leadership reports, presentations and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Improve departmental processes through business process mapping, reporting standardization, document control, action tracking and contractor administration support.

Required for Success

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
  • Skills and Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational, workforce or financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Communication: Ability to explain complex information clearly through reports, presentations and discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Helpful for Success
