Job Description

What you'll be doing: Provide end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the end-user technical environment. Provides second-level technical support for all user devices. Support Information Technology asset management process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end‑user technical environment.
  2. Provide break/fix support to users.
  3. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, move, adds and changes for end-user technical environment.
  4. Provide second level support technical for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDA's, printers, etc.
  5. Support IT asset management process.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Prior Experience:
    • 3+ years’ endpoint computing experience.
    • Related insurance industry experience preferred.
  2. Education:
    • Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
  3. Necessary Knowledge and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of MS Office tools.
    • Knowledge of insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of asset management methodologies, processes, and technologies.
