Administrative coordinator(temporary) - starting $24

About the Role

Kauai Coffee is offering a great opportunity to gain exposure in administrative support for the Human Resources function with a 100% seed to cup, completely vertical coffee farm operation. This is an opportunity to be a part of the support it takes to keep grinding! We're looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly during a transitional phase of staffing.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with document handling and management, filing, etc
• Prepare packets for pre-employment and onboarding
• Make copies of handbooks, collective bargaining agreements, etc
• Run monthly reports
• Create informational and celebratory messages and flyers
• Support ongoing Document Cloud projects
• Order and track office supplies
• Assist with data entry and record keeping
• Support Kauai Coffee's migrant and H2A worker programs
• Support team projects and special events
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
• 0–1 year of administrative or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization and time management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn

This is an on-site, in office position. Candidates seeking remote work will not be considered. We are open to considering flexible scheduling and weekly hours including part time work during this temporary opportunity.
