The Account Executive will support and develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store sales staff. The Account Executive is responsible for executing of CHANEL business objectives, promotional programming, upholding brand image, and talent development at the store level.
The ideal candidate has a passion for Fragrance and Beauty. Has worked within a Multi Brand Retail and/or Retail environment and has experience managing a significant sales volume. Must have strong communication, coaching, and execution skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,400 through $125,700. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
