Responsibilities

This is a position of Customer Success Manager (CSM) in EDA business. Customer Success Management is an integration of functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support into a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies. It will be a technical oriented but also professional service focused role in DES EDA team. The goal is to ensure customer success with DES EDA solution portfolio which in turn will drive increased adoption and usage across the account. This will require a detailed knowledge of the customer’s business, design flows and EDA tool usage in addition to a strong understanding of EDA solutions and their application areas.

To achieve that goal, will also require effective communication with all people involved in solutions provided to the account from both field and division. All business inputs and actions must be sent to the CSM for consolidation and prioritization. To do so, the CSM will:

• Attend Key Account review meetings regularly and be the voice of Key Account customers the CSM interacts with
• Lead a regularly scheduled TRM process involving key customer and Keysight stakeholders.
• Gather data that helps identify and quantify the business impact our solutions deliver to the customer.
• Be an active team member of Key Account virtual team (SDM, SAEs, pre- and post-sales AEs, …) and deliver according to the account strategy to grow Key Account
• Lead his business part from project opportunity to project completion successfully
• Give a TOTAL visibility of cases and projects he works on to the Key Account virtual team
• Make weekly reports after Premium Services delivery and send them to Key Account virtual team and store them in a share access
• Contribute at all levels of our service offering: Technical Support, Customer Education, Project Management and One-site consulting to various applicants and solutions
• Lead and conduct project delivery acceptance which includes, statement of work creation, risk assessment, delivery resource identification, quotation, delivery organization and prioritization, delivery schedule management etc.
• Execute Project Management of the complete solution from the customer’s projects

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge

5 + years relevant industrial and technical working experience in High speed digital SI/PI design, Advanced Packaging design, SiPh/CPO design or RF design

A talent Application Engineer who can perform technical support in mainly RF circuit designs, high speed digital designs (signal integrity and power integrity), and wireless communication system is highly preferred

In-depth understanding of EDA business and with rich experience of using Keysight HW to perform measurement for RFIC, Wireless applications and Radar applications is a plus.

Solid knowledge and experience in ADS (ChannelSim/SIPro/PIPro) and EMPro is a plus.

Excellent in project management and sense in business development

Fluent English writing/speaking and excellent communication skill

Team-working attitude and good interpersonal skill
