What You Can Expect:

  • Responsibility for budget planning of R&D Truck Teams/Departments located in Turkey with the perspective of checking available capacity in those teams by consolidating project scopes and timeline.
  • Providing all R&D budget targets for R&D teams including labor costs and material costs for planning periods (1.EA, 2.EA) and monitoring them by securing the deadlines for internal and external partners.
  • Supporting R&D L4s in operational level regarding team budget planning and issuing purchase and arranging budget transparency to related L4s in Germany and Turkey for increasing planning quality of Headcount and Expenditure.
  • Preparing monthly invoices by observing strict deadlines and communicating all contentwise detail with both Customers and Accounting.
  • Creating the risk management plan in case of budget variations, economical changes, regulation and decision changes from authorities and top management.
  • Full responsibility for service level agreements with regard to compliance to regulations and tracking purchase order and service level agreements of defined teams, which are signed with other regions in Daimler Truck AG, e.g. FUSO (Japan), DICV (India), DTNA (USA), CTT (France).
  • Contributing to R&D Center Incentive planning and reporting to Ministry of Industry and Technology by delivering budget situation.

That’s Why You Are a Match:

  • Completed B.Sc. in business administration, finance or engineering.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, controlling, development systems and processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge in controlling tools e.g. SAP systems.
  • Experience on project management and technical expertise in company internal processes.
  • Fluent language skills in English. German would be an advantage.
  • Advanced coordination, organization and communication skills.
  • Flexible, self-initiative, motivated and distinct ability to work in a team.
