People and culture manager

We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to help us build and scale our team, culture, and people processes. What you’ll be doing:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical, creative, product, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy and organizational needs.
• Build and improve People & Culture processes, and systems.
• Drive initiatives around culture, employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
• Support compensation & benefits benchmarking and related people initiatives.
• Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and projects that make the company a better place to work.

Desired skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, or HR, preferably in tech, gaming, or startups.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• A hands-on, 0-to-1 mindset and willingness to build things from scratch.
• Good understanding of HR operations, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
