Data Analysis

Apply data analytics and statistical techniques to analyze production existing processes, quality, and process data, identifying the problem, variations and actionable insights to drive data‑driven process improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization

Develop, design, and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes that meet product specifications and required quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies in order to systematically assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks within the production line.

Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing process issues and challenges, including RCI and RMA cases.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent the recurrence of process and quality issues.

Implement and enforce robust quality control measures to maintain and continuously improve the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.

Evaluate, propose, and support initiatives to optimize operational processes aimed at reducing operational costs while maintaining or improving product quality.

Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal compliance requirements.
