About the Role:
- Lead shift oversight for critical mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated systems, to ensure safe and reliable operations
- Monitor mechanical system performance and conduct troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain operational resilience
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with approved procedures and schedules
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures, helping restore service and prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing, repair, and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Identify opportunities for energy optimization and mechanical system improvements, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and technical reports
About You:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical operations, facilities maintenance, or critical environment support, ideally within data centers, industrial sites, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical infrastructure systems such as HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related building services equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, support incident response, and contribute to root cause analysis in operational environments
- Experience planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, with strong awareness of safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Able to coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide shift activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and support safe, reliable mechanical operations
- Detail-oriented and technically grounded, with the ability to maintain accurate records, produce clear reports, and identify opportunities for system and energy performance improvements.
