We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Digital Solution Seller to drive growth across Thailand by helping industrial customers accelerate their digital transformation journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling industrial software, digital transformation, MES, APC, Industrial IoT, or process optimization solutions into industries such as petrochemicals, refining, chemicals, manufacturing, power, and oil & gas.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, managing complex sales pursuits, and achieving ambitious revenue targets across the Thailand market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial software and digital solutions business across Thailand.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with industrial customers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve annual sales targets.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand customer challenges and position value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, marketing, and business teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Represent the organization at industry events, forums, customer workshops, and seminars.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, business development, or industrial software sales.
• Strong experience selling software or digital solutions into industrial customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and multiple customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to articulate business value and align solutions to customer needs.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused.
• Experience with nuclear power plant control solutions.
• Additional APAC language capabilities.
