1. Maximize sales revenue by projecting and analyzing changes in customers and market and devising sales strategies.
2. Improve ROI (Return on Investment) in sales/marketing by analyzing competitor's sales and strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as Key Liaison between Suwon Office, SEAO COE and TSE Display Solution – Translate Business Direction from Suwon Office and SEAO COE to the local team, ensuring clarity and alignment. Likewise, communicate local business Risks, Challenges and Achievement back to Suwon Office and SEAO COE to support informed strategic decisions.

Lead and Guide in Strategic Planning, Investment and Sales/Marketing related Activities to ensure Display Solution Business Unit Contributes to the achievement of Corporate Objectives.

Lead and Guide relating to Product Management Over the Life Cycle including Strategy, Price Positioning, Marketing, Channel and SCM.

Advise Internal Organization Management including Recruiting, Organization Structure, Headcount Management, MBO & Evaluation.

Through Knowledge of P&L and Supply Chain Management, advise and guide Head of Display Solution as required for recommending improvements to Business.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• A minimum 5 years of Experience in B2B Business Management and Development (Relevant Experience in the same or related industry Preferred).
• Experience of managing a Cross-Functional Team including Sales/Support/Technical.
• Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow Sales and manage Key Business Metrics.
• Ability to Interpret Performance data, Analyze Market Trends and Identify process bottlenecks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
