Education / Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, business relationship management, and financial product advisory within the banking or financial services industry. Experience in communicating, servicing, and managing relationships with Chinese customers.
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (HSK Level 4 or above, or equivalent). Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong customer service, relationship management, and financial product presentation skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to facilitate customer needs and deliver a positive customer experience. Knowledge of banking products and services, including individual and corporate account opening processes, as well as relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Professional licenses or certifications will be an advantage. Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Office programs, and relevant operational systems. Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards, with the ability to perform duties in accordance with regulatory requirements. Able and willing to travel and perform duties outside the office when required.
