Job Description

Summary

We are looking for an HR AI Specialist who would act as Proximus Global's internal AI transformation catalyst — designing and delivering AI training programmes, conducting skills gap analyses, and leading change management initiatives across the organization to build lasting AI capability on a scale.

In parallel, serve as the in-house AI technical expert for HR and the corporate/support functions, identifying, building, and implementing AI-driven automation and use cases (Power Automate, LLMs, agentic AI) that tangibly improve how the company operates.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver AI literacy and upskilling programmes for staff and people managers. Build blended learning content (e-learning, workshops, job aids). Coordinate with external providers. Track completion rates, learning outcomes, and capability uplift KPIs.
  • Conduct systematic competency assessments to identify AI-related skill gaps across the population. Translate findings into targeted learning pathways. Report gap metrics to HR Director and CHRO. Align outputs with Proximus Strategic Workforce Planning framework.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for AI tool roll-outs. Act as change champion and liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Manage resistance, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Measure adoption of KPIs post-implementation.
  • Conduct structured analysis of HR and corporate/support function processes to identify automation and AI optimization opportunities. Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, user impact, and scalability; develop business cases with indicative ROI; and drive follow-up actions from enterprise-wide assessments in line with Proximus Global priorities, while excluding business-specific project ownership.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions within the HR domain, including workflow automation, knowledge support, and productivity use cases. Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through hypercare, document solutions, and scale successful use cases across HR where relevant.
  • Contribute to broader Strategic Workforce Planning by assessing the impact of AI and automation on roles, skills, job families, and workforce capacity. Provide input on role evolution, reskilling priorities, and future capability requirements to support workforce planning, organization design, and transformation decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in HR, on a roles like generalist, L&D, HR technology, or HRIS.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Experience with structured change methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct skills/competency assessments and translate into actionable learning plans.
  • Comfortable using data to measure training effectiveness and AI adoption KPIs.
  • Ability to scope, build and deploy AI/automation solutions end-to-end within an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools: LLMs, Power Automate, Copilot for M365, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language.
