Function: Combustibles Brand Manager

Reporting to: Group Brand Manager Adriatica

Role: Temporary (Maternity leave coverage)

Position

As a Combustibles Brand Manager, you will be responsible for formulating the holistic marketing strategy (including brand, portfolio, pricing and consumer experience). By combining strategic thinking, strong business acumen and consumer understanding, you will contribute to building brands that deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies across the Adriatica region.
• Turn market, consumer and business insights into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Support annual planning cycles, brand initiatives and key business projects, ensuring alignment with both local priorities and global guidelines.
• Monitor market performance, evaluate results and identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity and business performance.
• Collaborate with a wide range of local, regional and global stakeholders to deliver impactful strategies and drive business results.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate activities from concept to execution.
• Ensure strong execution in place to drive business forward.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing & Sales functions or another commercial function.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into business actions.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Experience working on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear analyses and presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in FMCG and/or other fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
