Senior/associate executive, pharmacy, eastern general hospital planning office

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) is a 1,000-bed hospital in Bedok North that will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services, covering emergency, acute and secondary care. As a digitally enabled and patient-centred hospital, it will leverage innovative technologies to provide excellent care, and journey closely with patients and the community towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We are seeking a dedicated, meticulous and proactive Senior/Associate Executive, Pharmacy to support the set-up and operations of the Pharmacy Division at EGH.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, secretariat and operational support to the Director of Pharmacy, Chief Pharmacist and Pharmacy leadership team. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of meetings, events, staff onboarding activities, financial processes and departmental administration.

What you will do:

• Oversee administrative, secretarial, document management, scheduling, and office support functions to ensure smooth Pharmacy Division operations.
• Manage claims, payment requisitions, billing, procurement processes, invoice verification, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure workplace safety, security access control, visitor management, and maintenance of clean and functional work areas.
• Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding, training registrations, professional certification tracking, and learning administration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, implementing, and supporting process and service enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills with attention to detail and communication skills.
• A good team player who is able to work independently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.
