In this role, you lead new production introductions, resolve manufacturing issues, identifies opportunities for yield & process improvements, drive cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects ensure compliance with safety & quality standards while contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Leads and/or participate in process development, optimization, training, qualification, and validation activities for New Product or technology transfers.
• Leads in yield improvement, root cause analysis to resolve product manufacturing failures & determine root cause, reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space, equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, process automation and digital transformation.
• Manages new equipment set-up and equipment improvements.
• Generate process equipment specifications and ensures all equipment are robustly designed for mass production particularly on safety.
• Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and related documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Equipment Safety Requirements (ESR) for assembly & equipment processes.
• Creates and maintains Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories configuration, routing and any engineering related support.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc).
• Trained in Lean techniques, SPC, Six Sigma and Process Improvement tools.
• Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, welding or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
• Proficiency in computer skills - Oracle business system and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) skills preferred.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production environments.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or other relevant certifications preferred.
