Job Description
Role Summary
The Partner Marketing & Programs Manager owns the full partner lifecycle from a marketing and operations perspective — driving co-marketing campaigns that generate partner-sourced pipeline, while also building and running the partner program that recruits, enables, and rewards our partner ecosystem. This is a blended role for someone who enjoys both creative, campaign-facing work and the structure of program design and operations, and who can move fluidly between the two.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Strategy & Governance
- Own and evolve the end-to-end partner program framework across APAC, including tiering structure, benefits, partner requirements, and governance policies, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
- Design and manage the full partner lifecycle — onboarding, training, certification, and renewal processes — to ensure partners are fully enabled to sell and deliver, driving continuous improvement of these workflows.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures so processes are repeatable, auditable, and able to scale as the partner ecosystem grows.
Partner Performance, Systems & Budget Management
- Administer and optimize the partner portal, incentive and rebate programs, and deal registration process, partnering with systems/IT teams to improve automation and reduce manual overhead.
- Build and maintain partner scorecards, dashboards, and program KPIs, using data to identify performance gaps, track compliance (e.g., certification and specialization targets), and report results and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage program budget, forecasting, and rebate/incentive payout accuracy, including Market Development Fund (MDF) allocation, approvals, and ROI reporting, ensuring spend is tracked, reconciled, and aligned to overall program ROI.
Partner Engagement & Communications
- Plan and participate in partner-facing campaigns and events — including joint webinars, digital campaigns, field events, and co-branded participation at trade shows and conferences — to drive program adoption and partner activation.
- Develop partner-facing content and collateral, including case studies, battlecards, sales enablement materials, and campaign toolkits, to support partner readiness and go-to-market execution.
- Own partner communications, including newsletters and program announcements, and manage the partner engagement calendar in coordination with regional teams.
- Drive partner satisfaction and engagement through structured feedback loops and NPS tracking, translating insights into concrete program and campaign enhancements.
Operations & Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve program escalations and operational issues, acting as the operational backbone that keeps partner programs running smoothly across markets.
Cross-Functional
- Partner closely with sales, channel account managers, and product marketing to align on GTM priorities and partner needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners on program, campaign, and operational questions.
- Manage budget across program incentives, campaigns, and MDF, ensuring efficient and accountable use of spend.
Qualifications
Desired Background
- 10+ years of experience in partner program management, channel operations, or partner marketing (B2B / SaaS preferred).
- Experience with partner program design, tiering models, and partner portal / PRM platforms.
- Track record managing partner budgets, including incentive, rebate, or MDF programs, with strong ROI reporting discipline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, partners, and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to partners and internal leadership.
- Working knowledge of CRM automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience in cyber security partner ecosystems.
- Experience designing partner incentive or rebate programs.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort building reports and dashboards on partner performance.
- Experience running or supporting partner co-marketing campaigns.
