Medpace is a Clinical Research Organization that is rapidly growing across the globe. As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Human Resources (HR) Assistant. The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will join our Asia Pacific HR team and fully office-based in our Singapore office. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local HR function with some support to our global HR team. If you are ready to make a difference, apply now!

Responsibilities

  • General administrative support of the APAC HR function including sourcing, interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
  • Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry;
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
  • Assist with social media content for Medpace recruitment activities;
  • Assist with on / off boarding matters;
  • Perform special projects assigned;
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least Diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional office setting;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
  • Attention to detail; and
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
