Traveller support agent - bilingual english and arabic (middle eastern dialects) speaker - dakar – remote

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Travel Support Agent to join our team and contribute to smooth, personalized travel experiences for an international clientele.

Your role

You’ll be part of a dynamic travel operations team, supporting different stakeholders throughout the travel journey and helping ensure that requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of service.

The role involves managing requests, coordinating with different partners, finding solutions, and handling unexpected situations in a fast-paced international environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Position open only to residents of Dakar.
• 3+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Fluent English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects) required. French is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
• Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities
• Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
• Flexible and adaptable, including working flexible hours when required
• Genuine interest in travel and international destinations
