We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

with hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualtrics to support a large-scale enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LMS and Qualtrics related initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance and support decision-making processes.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.

What You'll Bring Along

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving:
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
• Qualtrics Experience Management solutions
• Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT organizations.
• Experience with project budgeting, governance, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in English, German is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Previous exposure to Munich Re or similar enterprise environments.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Qualtrics certifications.
• German language skills.
