We are asked to find a UK & European-trained private nurse for a private family in Doha, on a permanent private family nursing basis. A reassuring manner and sound clinical instincts are essential, and nowhere more than in day-to-day nursing care for the family. International travel with the family is built into the role, with day-to-day nursing care for the family in your hands wherever they stay. Employment is with the family alone, on terms agreed with them, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.
Candidates are practising private nurses whose registration sits in the UK or Europe, whose recent work has centred on day-to-day nursing care for the family. Candidates should show 3+ years of hands-on practice since registering, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised. The family has asked for clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, a condition set by the family from the outset. Confident English is needed for clinical notes and precise conversation, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable. Every certificate and licence is checked by us before you are put forward, so the family meets only checked clinicians.
The agreed range is £72,000 – £83,666, entirely tax-free, reflecting the demands of day-to-day nursing care for the family. Accommodation for the Doha posting is the family's responsibility, and full medical insurance is included for you. Licensing in Doha runs through QCHP; we map the route and guide you, so you know what to expect along the way. You receive paid annual leave under the family's contract, and flights home are paid for by the family. The family issues the contract, and you sign it with them, with no third party between you.
