Employee engagement specialist / senior specialist

We are seeking experienced Employee Engagement professionals to support employee experience, engagement, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Support employee experience and workplace-culture programs.
• Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
• Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Support organizational change and culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
• For senior-level consideration, 6–10 years' HR experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication capabilities.
• Change-management and coaching experience advantageous.
• Arabic and English capability preferred.
