We are hiring a: Customer Success Manager – Semiconductor
Location: Poland, Lędziny
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you will own the relationship with a cluster of around 25 strategic accounts and act as the voice of the customer across sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality. Your portfolio is split roughly 50/50 between Europe and North America, with heavier day-to-day engagement on the European side. Your focus will be to build trust, anticipate risk, and ensure the customer experience remains strong from forecast to delivery to long-term growth.

You'll manage key accounts strategically, while also staying hands-on to make sure things actually get done. The position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building trust with customers, and translating their needs into clear internal action.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and develop strategic relationships and day-to-day performance for a cluster of approximately 25 assigned accounts in the semiconductor area, split roughly evenly between Europe and North America, with a stronger day-to-day focus on the European accounts.
  • Track account health across forecast, delivery, quality, cost, service, sustainability, and roadmap commitments.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and translate customer feedback into clear internal actions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Application Support to support NPI, quotations, qualification, and technical problem solving.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and improvement activities while contributing to pricing and supplier agreement discussions.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time, mainly within Europe, with up to two visits per year to the USA.

What you'll need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Several years of customer-facing account management, customer success, or commercial operations experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Solid grounding in order management, quality, and NPI processes; ESG awareness is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • ERP (preferably Oracle) and CRM proficiency.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Experience in the semiconductor ecosystem is a strong plus, but not required - we also welcome candidates from other complex manufacturing industries.

Why Join Watlow's team:

This role gives you the chance to build strong relationships with important customers in the fast-growing semiconductor industry, while working closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams around the world.
Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
Benefits package, including a sports card, life insurance, private medical care.
