Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the documentations. Approves outgoing materials that conforms to specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Approves in-process production that conforms to the specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; performs in-process audit; communicating required adjustments to Process/ Maintenance Engineering. Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests and ensuring that all materials are meets or exceeds customer requirements. Maintaining and publishing an inspection log, detailing findings of types of defects and number of parts rejected; alerting management to quality problems. Collects and consolidates all the reject units produced by production process on a defined frequency. Document in the Quality Database and safekeep all reject units from the production area. Report Any non-conforming material/Product and hold production for any high failure rate due to quality.
Education & Experience
its equivalents with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in process Quality Inspector (functional skills).
