Job Description
Process end-to-end payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
Ensure timely processing of government-mandated contributions and payroll-related requirements.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information.
Prepare and process statutory contributions: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Generate payroll reports and assist in audits.
Maintain and update employee payroll records.
Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related courses.
At least 5 years of experience in payroll or a related field including BIR reports related to withholding tax on compensation.
Strong understanding of payroll calculations, employee deductions, taxes, payroll adjustments, and payroll reconciliation.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, payroll practices and statutory contributions.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
