Factory talent & od executive - canlubang (1 year fixed term -pooling)

The Factory Talent & OD Executive (based in Canlubang Factory) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management, performance management, organizational development, and learning & capability-building initiatives. The role aims to build a high-performance culture and ensure continuous development of employees aligned with business goals.

• Develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
• Design and execute learning, training, and capability-building programs for employees
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness
• Partner with leaders to support org design, workforce planning, and talent decisions
• Promote employee engagement, culture, and DEI initiatives
• Act as a strategic HR partner, providing coaching and guidance to managers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG or factory environment
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and succession planning
• Experience in learning & capability building for technical/operations roles
• Background in organizational development, change management, and culture transformation
• Proven ability to partner with plant/factory leaders and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and analytical skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
