The Sales Manager - Hematology is to lead the sales team in the execution of the Therapeutic sales plan for the assigned Portfolio. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team focused on demand generation.
Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical, leading and developing sales teams. Understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry business cycle, especially public accounts in Central America and the Caribbean.
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, Biochemistry or any Science Related field.
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, the following is also required: Valid driver’s license.
