Job Description

Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) department involves in activities including procurement, market search, and cost-efficient projects. Maintaining and analyzing procurement data for effective decision making and visibility.

This position would be responsible for:

  • Assisting in procurement activities (GNFR) across the organization.
  • Assisting in price negotiations and management of strategic indirect supply contracts.
  • Managing vendor documentation including sourcing from new vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Supporting in cost analysis and implement in cost-saving strategies and optimize procurement process.
  • Complying group and audit guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors OR Master's degree preferably in commerce from a reputable University with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of procurement function
  • Knowledge of non-trade goods and services negotiations
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
