Job Title: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Full management of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors production.
• Production planning and workforce allocation.
• Manage cutting, welding, assembly, glass, and accessories processes.
• Monitor CNC machines and production equipment.
• Follow up on quality, waste, and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, installation teams, sites, and logistics.
• Follow up on customer complaints.
• Manage materials and inventory.
• Monitor safety procedures and operational reports.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Direct experience in manufacturing aluminum and uPVC windows and doors.
• Experience managing a factory or production department.
• Language: Basic English.
