Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and report Internal IMS audits in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and audit programs.
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and digital transformation of the Audit Management System and related quality processes.
  • Promote and apply Continual Improvement (CI) methodologies across all relevant business areas to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and closure effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly audit reports, updates, KPI dashboards, and management highlights.
  • Analyze audit findings and trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards).
  • Facilitate awareness sessions and provide guidance to process owners on audit requirements and compliance expectations.
  • Support the department in quality initiatives, system developments, process optimization, and strategic improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate audit records, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of IMS standards and auditing principles.
  • Internal Auditor certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital systems, automation, and data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement mindset.
