Job Description

Citycare Property is proud to partner with the New Zealand Defence Force, maintaining the facilities that support Defence operations across New Zealand.

We're looking for an Administrator to join our team at Linton Military Camp. Working in this unique environment, you'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating information, supporting contract administration, maintaining records, and ensuring key activities stay on track. You'll work closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, becoming a trusted person who helps everything come together behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga

As the Administrator, you'll be the hub that keeps information, documentation and key processes running smoothly across the site. This is a varied role where you’ll be providing support across administration, reporting, coordination and compliance activities.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Supporting contract administration, invoicing and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports and business information
  • Coordinating inductions for employees and subcontractors
  • Supporting Health & Safety and compliance administration
  • Preparing KPI and client reporting
  • Updating systems and ensuring information remains accurate
  • Providing administrative support that helps projects and services run smoothly

What We’re Looking For | Ā Mātou e Rapu Ana

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in accuracy and can build positive relationships with a wide range of people.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in an administration, coordination or support role
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Experience in contracts, facilities, compliance, reporting or operational environments would be beneficial, but not essential.

The legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check.

Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements.
