About the role

The ASEAN business is focused on accelerating growth, improving operational excellence, and driving digital transformation through standardized and scalable technology capabilities across its markets. Key priorities include enabling Commercial Operations in Thailand and Vietnam through enhanced customer engagement, analytics, revenue growth management, and digital commerce solutions, while strengthening regional Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility, compliance, and decision-making.

The role acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps, driving adoption of enterprise platforms, and delivering high-impact transformation programmes that improve growth, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Your responsibilities

Job Scope

Lead Commercial IT&D Operations for Thailand and Vietnam; deliver regional roadmaps for Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance; manage strategic portfolios and programmes; govern architecture, cybersecurity and data; build high-performing teams and vendor partnerships.

Business Partnership & Growth Enablement

• Serve as the strategic IT&D partner to Commercial leadership in Thailand and Vietnam.
• Align technology investments with business growth, market expansion, and productivity objectives.
• Drive digital adoption and value realization across Commercial Operations.

Regional Functional Leadership

• Provide regional leadership for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance technology capabilities.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned with ASEAN and Global priorities.
• Standardize processes and solutions while addressing local market needs.

Business Transformation Delivery

• Lead the portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives across Commercial, Supply, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Drive ERP, Analytics, Automation, AI, and Digital programs that improve business performance.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant technology operations.
• Drive data governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and risk management standards with relevant global capability teams.
• Optimize technology investments and vendor partnerships.

Leadership & Capability Building

• Build a high-performing regional IT&D organization.
• Develop talent, succession pipelines, and functional capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across markets, functions, and global teams.

Key Challenges

• Balancing competing priorities across multiple markets and business functions.
• Influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Ensuring alignment between market requirements and global technology standards.
• Delivering complex transformation programmes while maintaining operational stability.
• Driving business adoption and value realization from digital investments.
• Managing diverse stakeholder expectations across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Global teams.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes while maintaining compliance and governance requirements.

The experience we're looking for

• Experience in IT & Digital, or Technology leadership roles.
• Significant experience supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Finance functions.
• Proven track record of leading regional or multi-country technology portfolios.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP and business transformation programmes, preferably SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Operations, CRM, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion, and Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations, preferably within FMCG or Consumer Health environments.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business case development skills.
