Job Purpose

To support the business users on the Banking system and other relevant IT applications and provide customer products and services within a regulatory compliance framework.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate IT incident resolution processes.
  • Prioritize incidents based on business impact and urgency.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor system performance against SLAs.
  • Provide 2nd-tier technical support and system debugging.
  • Liaise with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate incident status and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships.

Essential Qualifications

- NQF Level Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

Specific qualifications in supporting IT fields (NQF Level 6)

Essential Certifications

MCDST or equivalent Specific qualifications in supporting IT fields (breadth) Relevant qualifications in frameworks - COBIT Relevant vendor certifications

Preferred Certifications

Minimum Experience Level

3-5 years end user support experience Application Support Exposure Flexcube & Microsoft knowledge will be an added advantage
