About the role

The Learning Executive is responsible for delivering learning operations services that support the successful delivery of learning and development programmes across the organization. The role provides end-to-end operational support for learning administration, learning technologies, programme coordination, reporting, skills and competency management, and learner support.

The individual is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning systems, including SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance and governance of learning data, content and records. The role supports learning assignments, curricula, instructor-led training, assessments, mentoring and coaching programmes and learning measurement activities.

Working closely with stakeholders, vendors, facilitators, and learners, the Learning Executive ensures services are delivered in line with agreed service standards, provides operational and technical support and contributes to an effective and engaging learning experience.

Your responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day learning operations activities and learning administration processes.
• Maintain learning systems (i.e. SuccessFactors LMS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programmes and initiatives.
• Meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide timely support to learners and stakeholders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Act as first-line support for learning platform inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service quality within learning operations.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, Learning Operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, HRIS) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Customer-focused service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
