About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory during the evening shift. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members to meet daily operational goals and support overall supply chain effectiveness. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies are essential to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss or damage. Ultimately, the Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the seamless flow of goods, supporting customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to understand inventory documentation.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution center.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in warehouse settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet shift goals and resolve operational issues.
  • Document all warehouse activities accurately using inventory management systems.
