CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL

LE RÔLE

Effectuer des activités de surveillance dans une zone de couverture spécifique et fournir des rapports pour soutenir la livraison efficace des colis d'assistance.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLIQUES :

  • Vérifier les mouvements et la distribution prévus de nourriture ou d'articles non alimentaires, en signalant les problèmes ou incohérences au superviseur pour une résolution rapide des problèmes et pour s'assurer que la quantité distribuée et la qualité de l'exploitation sont conformes aux normes du PAM.
  • Maintenir des dossiers d'information et la documentation des plans de suivi, tels que les enregistrements des mouvements de matières premières et les listes de contrôle des programmes, afin d'aider à la livraison et à la distribution efficaces des aliments ou non alimentaires.
  • Rassembler les données des programmes d'assistance conformément à des directives claires, afin de soutenir les revues des programmes et la prise de décision informative.
  • Établir la liaison avec les partenaires coopérants et les contreparties internes pour recueillir des retours et des commentaires afin de soutenir les revues des programmes et améliorer les services.
  • Recevoir et collecter les commentaires et retours des partenaires, bénéficiaires et bénéficiaires coopérants afin de soutenir l'identification des problèmes programmatiques dans le but de favoriser des opérations efficaces.
  • Fournir des conseils aux partenaires coopérants sur les pratiques opérationnelles du PMA, les outils et méthodes de suivi afin de les aider à accomplir des tâches d'auto-surveillance et de contribuer à la visibilité du PAM dans les zones de couverture.
  • Préparer des rapports de mission sur le terrain pour documenter la mise en œuvre du programme.
  • Suivre les processus et procédures d'intervention d'urgence pour l'aide alimentaire d'urgence.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

Éducation : Fin de ses études secondaires

Expérience :

  • Possède de l'expérience dans l'analyse des données de résultats et de résultats des programmes.
  • Connaissance générale des systèmes et normes de suivi et d'évaluation du PMA.

Langue : Maîtrise (niveau C) dans la langue de l'ONU utilisée au poste de service et dans la langue du poste, si elle est différente.
