Goal

Drive the plant’s sustainability strategy, aligning it with the 10 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) action areas, with a special focus on decarbonization.

Principal Activities

• Conduct risk analysis and site sustainability reporting using methodologies such as GRI, SASB, and ESG standards.
• Raise awareness and provide training on ESG culture.
• Design ESG strategies.
• Ability to build relationships with institutions and companies to develop partnerships and strategies.

Experience, knowledge and skills

• Degree in Sustainable Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in the field of sustainability according to the ESG methodology.
• Knowledge of sustainability risk and opportunity analysis (CSR, carbon footprint, water footprint, etc.).
• Teamwork and leadership.
• Data analysis and attention to detail.
• Risk-based and process-oriented thinking.
• Passion and interest in sustainability.
