Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level.
• Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
• Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Management.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
• People skills, teamwork, communication skills.
• New process line development.
