Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support with invoice approvals in Coupa.
  • Payment requests and validation of completed payments.
  • Assistance and support for internal users and vendors regarding questions about the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
  • Payment confirmations.
  • Reports for the Tax team (reports are downloaded from the system and reconciled against bank information).

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or related field
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Assertive and effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize and simplify processes.
  • Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency
