Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Lead and oversee complex accounting and financial reporting engagements for a diversified portfolio of local and international clients;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, financial reporting, corporate reporting and regulatory matters;
  • Review and challenge complex accounting transactions and technical accounting positions, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP, IFRS and other applicable reporting frameworks;
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services, including bookkeeping oversight, preparation and review of annual accounts, consolidation and financial reporting deliverables;
  • Advise clients on accounting process improvements, governance matters and finance transformation initiatives;
  • Own, manage and grow a client portfolio, with full responsibility for client relationships, quality of delivery and financial performance;
  • Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth;
  • Lead senior-level client interactions, positioning PwC as a trusted business partner and proactively identifying additional service opportunities;
  • Collaborate with PwC's multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing clients' accounting, tax, regulatory and operational challenges;
  • Oversee engagement economics, including planning, budgeting, pricing, WIP management, billing and collections to ensure profitability and sustainable growth;
  • Drive innovation in service delivery through the use of technology, automation and scalable accounting solutions;
  • Build, lead and develop high-performing teams, coaching and developing Managers, Senior Managers and future leaders within the practice;
  • Contribute to PwC's market presence through thought leadership, client seminars, publications and industry networking events.

Let's talk about you. If you have...

  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
  • A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting or advisory services gained within a professional services firm, fiduciary, corporate services provider or similar environment;
  • Strong technical expertise in Lux GAAP and a solid understanding of IFRS. Knowledge of consolidation and reporting requirements would be considered an asset;
  • Proven experience advising clients on complex accounting and reporting matters;
  • A demonstrated ability to manage large and complex client engagements while maintaining delivery excellence;
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing teams;
  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in client relationship management, portfolio development and business generation;
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluency in English. French and/or German would be considered a strong asset.
