Job Description

For more than two decades, Global Jet, a leading European Aircraft Management company, has been delivering excellence, reliability, and discretion to an exclusive international clientele, operating in a high‑end, dynamic, and safety‑driven aviation environment.

The Engineering Department is in charge of developing and maintaining flight operations procedures, manuals and checklists for all the aircraft types present in the Global Jet fleet, in collaboration with the Pilot Fleet Chiefs. Alongside the Operational matters, the Engineering Department is also in charge of the airworthiness documentation, process improvement and reliability for all the aircraft types present in the Global Jet fleet, in collaboration with the CAMO Department.

A key element is to ensure that safety is to the highest standards and each procedure is in accordance with the different regulations, such as EASA, FAA, and foreign CAA such as Aruba DCA, CAA KY, etc. and the TC holder recommendations.

Global Jet’s Engineering Department includes highly qualified personnel, experienced in project management and Regulation, working to ensure an efficient management of the approved documentation.

As an Operational Quality Supervisor, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Daily Operational Oversight
    • Review and verify operational documentation, regulatory documents vs implementation, operational records,
    • Develop and monitor KPI for all the operational activities,
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to approved procedures and timelines for each operational department,
    • Conduct spot checks and audits on process and documentation.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with applicable OPS regulations,
    • Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions,
    • Maintain and update checklists and procedures,
    • Perform spot checks to verify adherence to applicable OPS requirements.
  • Reporting
    • Report non-conformities, deviations, or findings directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, with copy to the Postholder/Accountable Manager,
    • Suggest corrective/preventive actions and follow-up their implementation,
    • Provide daily/weekly summaries of quality control activities and issues,
    • Liaise with applicable staff to resolve discrepancies.
  • Training & Support
    • Support continuous improvement by identifying training needs,
    • Collect feedback from postholders, managers and other employees on procedural weaknesses,
    • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors,
    • Participate in safety and compliance meetings.

Aeronautical Engineer/Master degree

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of​ 5 years of experience as an Engineer in flight operations

A passion for aviation, pragmatic and creative problem-solving, collaborative team working in multicultural environment, adaptable in a stressful situation, able to speak English with other European languages are a plus
