PCB Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse PCB manufacturing processes and contribute to the efficient organisation of production operations.
  • Work closely with production, process engineering, design, and other engineering teams to ensure that technical product requirements into effective manufacturing solutions.
  • Resolve day-to-day technical and production challenges, identify their root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Assess manufacturing operations, process parameters, and technological capabilities, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Contribute to improving production performance, quality, process stability, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and improve process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to production and engineering teams, sharing practical PCB manufacturing knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in non-conformity analysis, quality problem-solving, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Propose and initiate solutions for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

What we expect from you:

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, key production operations, and production planning and operational principles.
  • The ability to apply PCB manufacturing and process knowledge in practice.
  • Experience in independently analysing technical and production-related issues, identifying their root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • The ability to analyse technical requirements and translate them into manufacturing processes.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement principles.
  • The ability to prepare clear process documentation and effectively share technical knowledge with others.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Initiative, responsibility, and a practical, results-oriented mindset.
  • English language skills sufficient for understanding technical documentation and professional communication—at least B2 level.
  • A degree or professional qualification in engineering, technology, or a related field would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We value each employee’s contribution and experience. Therefore, we offer a competitive salary reflecting your skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges from EUR 20 to EUR 35 per hour (approximately EUR 3360–5880 per month) gross, depending on your experience and competencies. The employment contract specifies a fixed gross hourly rate.
