Job Description

Manage billing and collections, related fund management instructions and documentation, and overdue payment reporting.

Manage Rent Roll, straight-line rent, and daily management instructions for rental income, CAM, and FM fees.

Review and manage asset-related tax matters, including property tax, comprehensive real estate holding tax, and road occupancy fees, and coordinate related payments.

Review VAT returns and supporting tax documentation.

Prepare settlement files related to asset disposals.

Perform other administrative and operational duties related to fund and asset management.
