Job Description

Position Summary

Inventory & Planning Supervisor는 공급망 전반에 걸친 자재 및 정보 흐름을 최적화하며, 적정 재고 운영과 제품 공급 안정성을 책임집니다. 본 포지션은 생산, 구매, 물류 및 공급업체와 긴밀히 협업하여 수요와 공급의 균형을 유지하고, 재고 건전성 개선 및 고객 서비스 수준 향상을 주도합니다.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Planning

  • 공급 및 재고 관리 정책 수립 및 운영
  • 재고 수준, 안전재고(Safety Stock), 리드타임 등의 계획 파라미터 설정 및 지속적인 개선
  • Ramp-up / Ramp-down 계획 수립을 통한 안정적인 공급망 운영
  • SIOP(Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) 및 MPS(Master Production Schedule) 운영 지원

Demand & Material Planning

  • MRP 기반 원자재, 부품, 반제품(외주) 수급 계획 수립
  • 고객 주문 및 수요 변동에 따른 자재 공급 계획 조정
  • 공급 부족 및 백오더(Back Order) 발생 시 대응 방안 수립 및 실행
  • 구매오더 생성, 일정 조정 및 관리

Inventory Management

  • 적정 재고 유지 및 과잉재고(Unhealthy Stock) 감소
  • 자재 부족(Shortage) 및 공급 이슈 관리
  • 고객 요구사항 충족을 위한 재고 운영 전략 수립
  • 긴급 운송비(Express Cost) 절감 활동 추진

Supplier & Customer Coordination

  • 공급업체 성과 모니터링 및 개선 활동 추진
  • ISSR, Supplier OTD(On-Time Delivery) 등 공급망 KPI 관리
  • 관련 부서와 긴밀한 협업을 통한 공급망 운영 최적화

Data & Process Management

  • Lead Time, MOQ, Lot Size, Stock Policy 등 마스터 데이터 관리
  • SAP 및 ERP 시스템을 활용한 공급망 데이터 분석
  • 공급망 프로세스 개선 및 운영 효율화 과제 수행

Qualifications

Must

  • 제조업 또는 Supply Chain, 물류, 유통 분야 경력 5~10년 이상
  • 재고 관리(Inventory Management) 및 자재 계획(Material Planning) 경험 보유
  • MRP 기반 수요/공급 계획 운영 경험
  • SAP 또는 ERP 활용 경험
  • Excel 등 데이터 분석 및 운영 업무 수행 가능자
  • 수출입 및 무역 프로세스에 대한 이해
  • 업무상 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
  • Location: 익산 근무 가능자

Preferred

  • 전기·전자·산업재 제조업 근무 경험
  • SIOP, MPS 운영 경험
  • 구매, 생산계획, 물류 등 공급망 전반에 대한 이해
  • 공급망 KPI 관리 및 개선 프로젝트 수행 경험
