As the expert on demand creation, acquisition, nurture and free and paid member engagement strategies within the Digital GTM Japan team, the Senior Digital Manager will drive the strategy that delivers growth and sales success for Adobe's creative and productive tools. A deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and mobile app business across customer segments will serve well as we partner with many internal Adobe teams to lead multi-functional initiatives that drive improved customer experience, increase new customer acquisition and greater customer retention.
This team provides business critical insights using advanced analysis skills, ensures multi-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We work cross-functionally to define our campaign and persona-level customer journey requirements across demand creation, acquisition, nurture, conversion and engagement by segment to enhance long term customer growth. Team members are highly analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done through positive relationships across the organization.
