概要

プロジェクトマネジメント部門のシニア・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、建設およびワークプレイス関連プロジェクトの実行を主導し、品質、コスト、安全、スケジュールの各目標が確実に達成されるよう責任を担います。関係者との調整、現場運営の管理を行い、協働的で高い成果を生み出すプロジェクト環境の構築を推進します。

• サイトコーディネーション
• ステークホルダーマネジメント
• プロジェクトレポーティング
• 調達マネジメント

資格

評価指標パフォーマンスレビューにおいて明確な目標を設定し、進捗を継続的にモニタリングするとともに、得られたインサイトを活用してキャリア成長および専門的目標の達成を推進する。直属の部下と四半期ごとのチェックインを実施し、フィードバックの提供、成長機会やキャリア開発の特定を行う。これらの取り組みは、Peakonサーベイの結果に反映される。
