Structure Tone Mission Critical delivers complex, high-performance environments where quality, safety, precision and programme certainty are critical to success.
As we continue to grow our mission-critical portfolio, we are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join our construction delivery team, supporting the successful execution of large-scale data centre projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to work on technically challenging projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of critical infrastructure for some of the world's leading technology and data centre clients.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the CSA Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site.
The successful candidate will lead site teams and subcontractors, maintain programme performance, drive quality standards and ensure effective coordination with MEP teams throughout the construction process.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual who takes ownership of site delivery, anticipates challenges and drives construction activities forward safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Highly Desirable: Previous experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centre projects, with a strong understanding of the coordination required between CSA and MEP packages.
At Structure Tone Mission Critical, we are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional projects.
You will be a hands-on Site Manager with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead subcontractors and construction teams in a demanding project environment.
You will understand the importance of programme certainty, quality execution, safe working practices and effective collaboration in delivering mission-critical infrastructure.
If you are an experienced CSA Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career and play a key role in delivering some of the most demanding construction projects in the industry, we would like to hear from you.
