Location: Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas, O'Connell Street, Limerick

Job Type: Day Time Flexible (Full-Time or Part Time 28-35 hours Available)

Start Date: Flexible

Experience: Previous experience preferred

Salary: €14.15 to €15.15 depending on experience.

Our beautiful brasserie is the ideal setting for everything from casual lunches to special celebrations.

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused Server to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the industry, if you’re dedicated to providing excellent service and love working with people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently
  • Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant setting
  • Ensuring guests feel well cared for and providing an unforgettable dining experience
  • Working with a collaborative team to maintain high service standards
  • Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for great food and hospitality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
  • Experience in a busy restaurant is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (including evenings and weekends)
