This position requires an understanding of the technology, strategies, activities, status and goals of the company. Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally. Should have demonstrated strong behaviors in building trust and teamwork. Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity. Ability to multi-task and work under minimum supervision in the fast paced manufacturing environment. Should have excellent interpersonal and execution skills and an innovative thinker. Should have worked in a matrix and a multicultural environment. Strong math and analytical skills. Strong scientific and engineering knowledge in specialty. Knowledgeable on process documentation and improvement. Sound knowledge of Computer applications like all programs in MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Printing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related discipline.
Experience in RFID manufacturing is an advantage. Bachelor + minimum 03 years of related industrial experience in a Manufacturing company. Must have proven success in the area of process engineering and continuous improvement projects.
