Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Join our dynamic Program Management team and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class vehicles powered by advanced technologies. You'll lead timing, investment, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch—supporting major product milestones and business decisions.

What you'll do:

Manage project timelines, cost, and risks from Program Kick off phase to SOP Phase
Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews
Collaborate with PD, Product Planning, Finance & Platform teams on investment alignment
Use data analytics to forecast project Risks, Workload, and Overruns etc
Influence Outcomes across full-vehicle programs

What we’re looking for:

1– 5 years’ experience in automotive (OEM/ Tier-1 OEM), product development, or cross-functional roles
Exposure to at least one full vehicle program or equivalent New Product Development (NPD) scale
BE/B.Tech (MBA/PMP/Scrum certifications desirable)
Software knowledge: MSP, Primavera P6, Planisware, JIRA, Smartsheet, ASANA (portfolio) and Wrike etc.
Experience 15+ Industry Preferred
